The process begins by completing our form to schedule your patient. You may also include any general questions directly on the form. If you prefer to speak with us, feel free to call; however, if we’re in surgery, please leave a detailed message.
Please note that we must contact the referring doctor for each case before confirming your surgery appointment. Additionally, nasal intubation is required, and patients over 50 must complete a pre-operative EKG and a medical consultation. We will arrange these consultations and coordinate with your patient’s healthcare providers on your behalf, so please have all relevant provider details and contact numbers available.
